While these 15 celebrity Black moms have juggled multiple hats, responsibilities and business, they found the time to breastfeed their children. Some breastfed for a few months. And others breastfed for a few years.

We celebrate every drop of ‘liquid gold’ that our beautiful brown babies received. These celebrity mothers are an inspiration to other Black moms. Everyday Black moms also juggle many responsibilities. Often they lack the support necessary to be successful with their breastfeeding journey.

Spotlighting prominent Black women who have overcome life challenges to provide the best nutrition to their babies is key to giving other mothers encouragement to do the same.
