Welcome to the RootMama Wellness Studio

The RootMama Wellness Center is the global hub for our services, products, classes and events. 

Our clients can choose to have their one-on-one sessions at our studio.  We host a variety of educational and community based events at our studio including childbirth education, car seat safety check, infant care classes, breastfeeding classes, lactation consultations, labor and delivery preparation, film screenings, prenatal yoga, postnatal yoga and wellness events. 

Our space is also available for rent by the community.
